Mirador del Río
El Mirador del Río is located high up on the Risco de Famara, at an altitude of 400 metres, in the most northerly part of the island. There, we can see one of Lanzarote's most spectacular panoramas. This is one of the architectonic creations most characteristic of César Manrique.

What there is to see
The building is barely perceptible from the outside give that, in a subtle camouflaging move, its structure is hidden beneath a thick, heavy layer of stone which mimics the surrounding area.
On clear, cloudless days, we can see the resplendent view of the Chinijo Archipelago nature reserve.
This is divided, first of all, into the island of La Graciosa, with Montaña Clara and El Roque del Oeste behind it and, finally, Alegranza
