Quality and Environment Policy
The EPEL-CACT Management is conscious of the importance of considering quality and respect for the environment as basic principles of its management activities, with the aim of obtaining results in accordance with customer requirements or those established by law. It is committed to the following:
- Meeting the requirements of our customers, and obtaining a maximum level of satisfaction.
- Setting up an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System, which would be the reference point for all EPEL-CACT staff in the course of their activities.
- Continuously improving the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System, with the aim of providing customers with improved products and services, and with a greater level of responsibility for the environment.
- Complying with the legislation applicable to the activities performed by the Centres, and with any voluntary requirements as may be agreed.
- Developing activities while reducing the environmental impact associated with our processes - especially those related to the management of residues and the consumption of natural resources - in all of our Centres.
- Increasing workers' awareness of established quality requirements and environmental criteria.
- Allocating the necessary resources for achieving established aims and objectives.
- To be committed to the prevention of pollution, to integrate it in our methods and work procedures.
- This policy offers a global framework to set the goals concerning quality and environment. It will be reviewed annually, and be announced to all employees and general public through different established channels.
